Shedshaker ticks all the boxes — great food, a fantastic selection of local wines (the Chardonnay was a standout), and a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere. It’s pet-friendly, which made the experience even better, and the staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and full of local knowledge. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy genuine hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

If your into craft beer and a little bit of the township history then a must stop at The Mill precinct the new taproom is bloody awesome!! Great vibes & a cool set up with friendly staff a big thanks to Adam & staff for showing me around, a great selection of beers brewed onsite with a good kitchen good food from what I saw. A great place to catch up with friends or take the family and chill on a sunny arvo with a cold beer 🍺 cheers.

The WCIPA is exceptional as was the Pils. The Frailty pale ale is the epitome of the style. For the type of beer that’s usually pretty pedestrian, Frailty is the best I’ve ever had - perfect balance of hops, malt and esters and a finish so crisp it snaps on the palate. The Supercharged Italian Pils! Mio Dio! Absolutely masterful.
